Our Capabilities
- Managed projects from preliminary stage including meeting, briefing, design proposal, coordinate with clients, contractors, consultants and suppliers.
- Dealing with time management of the projects, bill of quantity and managing documentation and reports. Preparing the contracts between client and contractors.
- Able to supervise project site, preparing of EOT documentation, variation order (VO), managed until handing over and defect liability period.
- Dealing with consultants and statutory authority for project approvals which obtained in a timely manner to support architectural and engineering activities, construction activities and project completion etc.
- Able to work autonomously and organize team and strategize a project to achieve more in less.
